Q= What is an "area superintendent" anyway?
A= Tulsa is divided into 4 areas (like our police department is divided into 3 Divisions) Each of these areas have a superintendent that answer to the Superintendent. Brad has 17 elementary schools that include 1 demonstration school and several international schools, 4 middle schools and 2 high schools. Those principals all answer to the Area II Superintendent.
